Rebekah Sweet Reiland, LMT
Somatic Wellness Practitioner
Rebekah Sweet Reiland, LMT, is an award-winning massage therapist, somatic practitioner, and educator serving Cookeville and the Upper Cumberland. Her work centers whole-being wellness through myofascial, nervous-system-informed, and integrative bodywork.
Her signature approach, The Sage Method: Somatic Fascia Flow, blends intentional contact, sustained fascial engagement, gentle traction, guided breath, and subtle rhythmic movement to support release, regulation, and greater ease in the body. Sessions are responsive and collaborative, shaped around what your body is presenting that day and grounded in choice, consent, and thoughtful pacing.
Rebekah’s work is influenced by the Rose path, bringing a quiet sense of reverence, clear boundaries, and compassionate presence into the treatment room. That influence is subtle but intentional, creating space for bodywork that feels grounded, respectful, and deeply connected.
Her hands-on work may include Ashiatsu barefoot bodywork, fascia-focused techniques, cupping, gua sha, Swedish and therapeutic massage, prenatal care, lymphatic support, and other integrative approaches selected to support each individual session.
Rebekah is also a Reiki Master practitioner, intuitive tarot reader, light worker, and certified yoga instructor. Energy work and intuitive services may be woven into care when desired, offering additional ways to support reflection, embodiment, and integration.
As an educator and NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Provider, Rebekah teaches massage therapists practical, hands-on approaches to fascia-informed, nervous-system-aware bodywork that can be integrated directly into their own practices.
Her background as a U.S. Navy veteran and mother of five has shaped the steadiness, attention to detail, adaptability, and calm presence she brings to her work. Whether through massage, somatic care, or education, her approach remains centered on creating thoughtful, effective experiences that help people feel more at home in their bodies.
